I just want to thank you for all the support you have given to me over the past two years in establishing my wife’s claim for long term benefits. As I mentioned, she is still alive and doing as well as can be expected under the auspices of hospice care and the memory care facility. Even though she really does not know what is happening around her, she remains happy and content at Spring Ridge Memory Care.

I wanted to let you know how things are going with the John Hancock claim. I must say, this is one fabulous company to work with. Immediately upon establishing Susan’s claim, I purchased a fax machine and at the beginning of each month, I fax the prepaid billing for the upcoming month along with a copy of my check and the receipt from Spring Ridge. Within about 30-35 days, the reimbursement has been placed directly in my bank account. There has not been any problems with this system for the two years it has been in effect and I think that says a lot for the integrity within the John Hancock system.

I also want to acknowledge all the effort you put in to establishing this claim as well as Nancy in the John Hancock claims department (ext 714810) who was extremely helpful in making this a very painless process.

It is so reassuring to know that there is a company and an agent (you, Christine) providing care insurance and who also go the extra mile to assure that the client is not burdened with a bureaucracy of paperwork at a time when they are struggling to take care of a loved one. You are all so much appreciated.
